1. RÖÖTED Golden Milk Latte
A warming, anti-inflammatory elixir to start your day with intention and glow.
Ingredients:

1 ½ cups unsweetened almond or oat milk

1 tsp turmeric powder
-
½ tsp ground ginger
-
¼ tsp cinnamon
-
Pinch of black pepper (to activate turmeric)

1 tsp coconut oil or MCT oil (optional)
-
1 tsp maple syrup or agave
-
Sprinkle of maca and/or lion’s mane powder (optional for focus & balance)
Instructions:

Warm the milk in a small pot over medium heat.

Whisk in all the ingredients until smooth and frothy.

Ingredients (makes 2 bowls):

1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice

1 sweet potato, roasted with olive oil and herbs

1 cup chickpeas, seasoned and roasted (or sautéed)

½ avocado, sliced

1 handful of sautéed kale or spinach
-
¼ cup shredded carrots or beets
-
1 tbsp hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds
-
Optional: sauerkraut or pickled onions for gut health
For the Tahini Lemon Drizzle:

2 tbsp tahini

Juice of 1 lemon

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp maple syrup

Water to thin, salt to taste

½ cup raw almonds or walnuts

¼ cup shredded coconut

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ashwagandha powder or lion’s mane

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: 1 tbsp nut butter for extra richness
Instructions:
