When you begin to work with the elements intentionally, you reconnect to your most primal self—your inner healer, your intuitive guide, your grounded essence.

This guide will show you how to incorporate elemental healing into your everyday rituals and self-care practices, so you can stay RÖÖTED in harmony with the rhythms of nature.


EARTH: Grounding, Nourishment, Stability

Earth is the foundation. It represents our physical body, home, nourishment, and sense of safety.

Ways to work with Earth energy:

  • Walk barefoot on the ground (earthing)

  • Sit beneath a tree or in your garden

  • Eat grounding foods like root vegetables, grains, and greens

  • Use clay masks or salt scrubs to detoxify

  • Decorate your sacred spaces with stones, soil, herbs, or crystals like obsidian and hematite

Affirmation:

I am grounded, safe, and supported by the Earth beneath me.


AIR: Breath, Clarity, Communication

Air connects us to our breath, thoughts, and spirit. It governs clarity, inspiration, and movement.

Ways to work with Air energy:
